Order, Delivery, and Payment
You will receive an email confirmation if the order is processed. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time/GMT+4) will be processed on the same day. After processing the order, an artwork/mockup (required by only certain products) will be made and sent to the provided contact details for approval before production. Delivery may take between 2-7 working days, depending on the geographical location and quantity/type of products.
We currently accept only Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD). Note that COD is only available on the territory of the UAE and on the orders below 250AED.
Uploading Artwork Files
Upload your artworks/logo if required by the product before adding the product to the cart. You may also paste in the download link for the artwork in the provided space for additional notes if the file cannot be uploaded to our website. Artworks/mockups will be made or verified free of charge depending on the product. It is highly recommended to upload high-resolution images or vector files for optimal/best printing quality.
Note: Maximum upload size allowed is 50MB
Some products require a minimum order quantity to be added to cart.
For all printing orders, an area less than 1m2, the price of the product will be rounded up to 1m2: if no other options are found.

Can I modify or cancel the order?
If the order has not been processed yet, you can contact us directly for cancelling an order.
Do we accept orders from other countries?
No. We are currently accepting orders online from the United Arab Emirates only.
Do you design artworks/mockups for my order?
Yes, if the ordered product requires mockup we will develop and confirm for your approval for production. For artwork/designs contact us directly.
How does the fabric face mask protect the user?
Our fabric face masks are not medical devices or personal protective equipment (PPE) and can only prevent the spread by limiting droplet transmission.
How to register with Chrysels Store?
To order online and use our services, click on the “Sign Up” link on the top to create an account and proceed by filling in the required details. You can also use your Facebook or Google sign in methods to easily register with our store. If you’ve already registered with us previously you can login using your credentials.
I have forgotten my username and password. What should I do?
To retrieve your username and password, click on the SIGN IN button at the top of our page and in “Reset your password?” section enter the email address you have registered with and click on “RESET PASSWORD” button. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with password reset link. Check your spam emails too, in case the email with log-in details ended up in there.
What are your customer service hours?
Our office is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Sat-Thu.
When and how do I upload my file?
You can upload your artwork/design while selecting your product. It is recommended to use an online file sharing service to upload big file sizes.
